Week 2: "Sweet Home Chicago"

This week's spot art could by partly inspired by Jonny's love for most things Chicago, especially the home based screen gem Blues Brothers. Most likely thou it is a literal translation of a pin he stole from his roommate. Sorry Ben.

Disclaimer: This week's piece is a little faded due to wearing a hat all day. Secondly, the originally idea was to fill in between the blue lines, but my head would not absorb the ink.

The Bald Spot: Fresh Canvas

It all started in late December 2010. While blow drying my hair I discovered a quarter size bald spot peaking out, causing mild hysteria. A list of potential afflictions came to mind; 1. stress, 2. alopecia, or 3. alien hair crop circles (the most likely of the three).

So, until I can find a suitable dermatologist or can locate Mulder and Skully, local artist/cartoonist/candlemake Jonny Klipp, aka "Jonny Heartthrob", will be marking up this spot until the hair chooses to grow back.
